Welcome to WeGrowNepal! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WeGrowNepal website and services ("Platform"), operated by Lacspace. By creating an account or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Platform.

2. User-Generated Content & Academic Responsibility

WeGrowNepal is a community-driven platform for sharing user-generated study materials, including notes, summaries, and other educational content.

Lacspace and WeGrowNepal do not create, review, verify, or endorse any content uploaded by users. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or timeliness of any notes available on the Platform. Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

You, the user, are solely responsible for verifying all information. You must cross-reference any materials found on WeGrowNepal with your official syllabus, textbooks, and guidance from your instructors. Reliance on any information provided on this Platform is strictly at your own risk. Lacspace is not liable for any academic or personal damages resulting from the use of content on our Platform.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to upload any content that:

  • Infringes on any third-party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. If you are not the original creator of the content, you must have explicit permission to share it.
  • Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or other malicious code intended to disrupt the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without notice.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our service, including but not to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the site. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
