The platform had an exam section: exam pages, exam question-and-answer screens, and the API behind them. It has been removed from all three codebases.
The reasoning was that it was a second product wearing the same clothes. WeGrowNepal is a library of notes that students share with each other; an exam engine is a different thing with different content needs, a different moderation problem and a different reason to exist, and carrying it meant every screen had to answer which of the two products it belonged to. It was also the part of the product with the least real content in it.
Removals deserve release notes as much as additions do. A changelog that only announces new things is marketing, and the honest version of this year includes the fact that a whole section came out.
Suggestions were removed in the same spirit shortly after, from the app, the website and the API.
