Do I need an account to read notes?

No. Every note on the platform is readable without signing in, both in the app and on wegrownepal.com. You can search, browse by class or subject, open a note and read it end to end without ever creating an account.

An account is needed for the things that involve you specifically: uploading your own notes, rating what you read, asking and answering questions in the community, saving files to My Pocket, and following contributors.
