Can I edit a note after publishing it?

You can edit the title and description at any time from My Contributions. The file itself cannot be swapped — to change it, delete and upload again.

That is deliberate: a note's rating and its readers are attached to the file people actually read, and quietly replacing it would carry the ratings onto something nobody rated.
