Can I upload a textbook or a guide book?
No. A scanned textbook is somebody's copyrighted work and uploading it is straightforwardly infringement, whatever the intention behind it.
What you can share is your own notes made from it — your summary, your worked examples, your explanation. That is your work, and it is usually more useful to a student than the original chapter.
