How do I choose the right subject and category?
Category is the level — Class 10, a diploma programme, a faculty. Subject is what it is about within that level.
Getting them right is what makes the note findable, because almost nobody browses the whole library; they filter to their own level first. A note in the wrong category is effectively invisible.
