How many notifications will I get a day?

Scheduled ones are capped at three a day across all categories, deliberately. The cap is on our side rather than yours, and it exists because an app that sends five reminders is an app people uninstall.

Notifications caused by other people — replies, follows — are not capped, because each one is something that actually happened involving you.
