I forgot my password. What now?

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. A reset code goes to your registered email address and you set a new password on the next screen. No support request is needed and nobody has to approve it.

If you no longer have access to that email address, write to us — that is the one case we have to sort out by hand, and we will need to establish that the account is yours.
