Why can I not screenshot or download some documents?

The document viewer blocks screenshots and does not offer a download. That protection is at the request of contributors: people are far more willing to share their work when it cannot be lifted out wholesale and passed around without their name on it.

You can read it as many times as you like, from any device you are signed in on.
